I am so glad you are here.  I know that coming to a new salon can cause some anxious feelings at times, so I want to ease your mind about your first experience at Changes Hair Salon. 

 

Please review my Service menu to get clear on your investment and what all is included in your appointment time.  My schedule is open for 8 weeks at a time to allow for a fair booking opportunity for all guests. I also provide a Wait List to ensure everyone can get an appointment in a reasonable time frame.

I believe communication is the key to achieving the best look for you, so to give you the assurance that you will be heard and understood, you will be asked to complete a short form where you can inform me of your hair history as well as your goals for your first visit.  Upon approval, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to book your appointment.

On your first visit, you and I will further discuss the plan agreed upon for a confirmation of services to be rendered and final cost of investment.  Along the way, I will give you tips and tricks that you can use at home so that you can get the results with your new style that you desire every single day.  In this process, I will be making recommendations for home care that will also enhance your new look.  You will be invited to take the necessary home care with you to continue what we started.  Lastly, you will be given information on how to schedule your next appointment so you can maintain your new look and allow us to make any necessary adjustments.
